Why did I become an acupuncturist?
A snowboarding injury left me facing three months on crutches. After just two acupuncture sessions, I was walking unaided. It blew my mind AND I was totally intrigued: how could this possibly happen!!??!!
This inspired me to study acupuncture for 4 years so I could help others find relief too. I love seeing people walk out of my clinic feeling lighter, freer and more like themselves again. That’s why I do what I do.

What made you move to Methven?
My hubby and I moved to Methven for the 2022 snowboarding season after 21 years of living in the heart of Wellington. While we came for the mountain, we absolutely stayed for the people. There’s something special about mid-Canterbrians and I can’t wait to meet more of you!

Ha! No – but it is the name of my business.
